An obnoxious, self-centered view on what-a-bitch life can be.....

3.29.2005

Its been so long since my last blog that i've forgotten my username! Life has been really hectic the past couple of weeks, juggling work with study wasn't as easy as I thought. Its challenging and keeps my occupied (and out of trouble) but i miss the days where I could come home, "veg" out in front of the TV and not have to worry bout assignments etc.

Accounting isnt as "dry" as i expected, I dare say it's rather interesting! I know its still early stages but accounting is very much an "art-sy" subject, which can be pretty annoying at times, especially for me; I'm not a big fan of subjectivity.

Law is great fun, 'cept for the huge amount of reading required. The more I read and understand law, the more intrigued I get, at the same time disillusioned about the justice system. As i told "ZZ", if not for the exhorbitant legal fees as a deterent, we would all be suing each other. I would love to study law in more depth but could never see myself as a lawyer, I'd be faced with too many moral dilemmas. Lawyers: How do you sleep at night? ;)

The recent easter break was really good, 4 days of sleeping in, bliss! Went out clubbing on thursday and friday, something I havent done for ages... and I've discovered that I'm not that young anymore, my stamina has seriously diminished. Two nights of partying needed close to 20 hours of sleep to recuperate... *sigh*.. but i must say, the girls in Melbourne are getting pretty HOT!

Also, had some custard flavoured "krispy kremes" compliments of a friend from Sydney... *slurp*, the BEST donuts in he world! If you can get your hands on these donuts... don't share 'em.

I've also recently started to appreciate Larry David and his wacky sense of humour, "Curb your enthusiasm" is a must-see for all Seinfeld fans out there...

back to work.....

Ed: I had a double souvlaki the other day... the meat was overflowing.. *mmmm*
